The County of Hawai‘i does not provide curbside business or household rubbish or recyclables collection services, please look in your local phonebook or online for a listing of rubbish/recyclables haulers/collectors.

The Department of Environmental Management does not provide illegal dump clean-up services, please report illegal dumps to the Police Department at (808) 935-3311 or the State of Hawai‘i Department of Health at (808) 586-4226 or (808) 974-4000 ext. 64226 (toll free from the Hawai‘i Island).
