The County of Hawai‘i's 22 Recycling & Transfer Stations throughout Hawai‘i Island and both the Pu‘uanahulu and South Hilo Sanitary Landfills will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

We respectfully ask for your kōkua and please don’t litter or illegally dump any materials at the closed transfer stations. Have a safe and happy holiday.
